Microsoft Certification: The New MCTS Tracks and tests

Microsoft is restructuring its certification paths, and finally retire MCSE certificatons known. The new certification setup is similar to that of Cisco, where specialist certifications to go along with the more general CCNA, then mid-level certifications such as CCNP, and then a more advanced practical exam modeled somewhat 'after certification coveted CCIE.

Microsoft specialist exams are the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)Evidence. In March 2006 there were five separate MCTS added. Three of them do with NET Framework 2.0. These are Web applications, Windows applications and certification of distributed applications. Each of these individual certifications requires the candidate to two tests exist. There is also an examination of SQL Server 2005 certification, as well as a BizTalk Server 2006 single-exam certification.

The first question is "Why is Microsoft so?" According to its website, MSConsidered to take today's managers have a hard time deciding which computer certifications best identify candidates that meet their needs. I know it's easy to take verbal shots of Microsoft (it's an Olympic sport one day), but this new series of concerts have appeal for hiring managers who can help qualified candidates. Instead of the more general MCSE, which have been developed for overcertification NT 4.0 MCSEs will again suffer in the day, this more specificCertification will be an easier candidate for the job you can do the job - and easier for the hiring manager to make an informed decision.

Microsoft has announced that it is not the MCSE track, finally, that the post, but this title will be revealed with the next version of Windows client-server.'s Up to you to stay informed of these changes, I advise you on which of the Microsoft website certification often. "I did not know" is not much help once a certificationrunning!
