Client Appreciation Celebration

One of the most rewarding that I will do everything professionally, celebrating an annual "Client Appreciation" to. It is a pleasure for me to see so many people in one place. These are individuals who commit themselves every day a little (or much) better tomorrow, as it is yesterday.

See them all in one place, I could not help but ask myself: "What separates these people from the rest?" The first answers were clear. It was an undeniable "liveliness". TheLaughter was loud, genuine and bold. The talks were sociable nor sincere. All people listened attentively and is very interested in the talks.

Many of them had never met each other, because a large part of coaching over the phone, but their commonality was obvious. This was not a typical networking event. Other characteristics that distinguished: a passion to learn and to live, work and play on the life to the fullest. In other words, these men were tough.

ForSome time ago I know that the most brilliant, most of us have to learn. What is it that motivates a person to develop more brilliant? Brilliant people will learn in this way by a pure passion. And the more they know to open more doors to them for further learning, so that they are even more brilliant than before. How intoxicating!

These "live show" individuals, toughness in all areas, not only in learning new things. They were all employed in managerial positions andthis meant that they all cared enough to show, even though it would have been easier to see someone else do it direct. You are looking for ways to make a difference, whether big or small. They believe in themselves enough to know that their opinion counts. They really care about.

There are others who are satisfied with the status quo and that for them is in order. They create symmetry for the rest of us. I'm happy, blessed her, and also the privilege to work with people who are willing to commit to theirTime, money and heart to make her world so that our world a better place.

This week, look around. Do you know which areas you are tough: firm, to plan a decision or to) the option without changing or doubting? Here, how are you life easier, better, more prosperous for another person? Confirm for the production of this difference.
